All orders are fully insured during transit. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We ship across India. International shipping is available for select countries—please contact us for rates.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included
• Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

Return Process

1. Contact us at returns@gmrjewellers.com within 30 days
2. We will arrange a pickup from your address at no charge
3. Once received and inspected (2-3 days), we process your refund
4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days
